"Not really the style I thought I was getting"
I’m not trying to be overly picky, but these jeans looked a lot better online than they did in person. The design is plain and feels a little outdated to me. Maybe they’ll work for someone else, but they’re just not my style at all and I was expecting something more current.

"Exchange was painless, surprisingly"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size jeans and expected the exchange to be a whole annoying thing. It wasn’t at all, though I still kind of hate having to deal with returns in general. The label was easy to print, customer service actually replied to my email, and the new pair showed up fast. I was frustrated at first, but ended up being really happy with how smoothly it all went

"Nice jeans, but I’m picky about the price"
I do like these jeans overall, they fit well and feel like good quality. That said, I’m personally cheap when it comes to jeans, so the price felt a little high to me. Still, I’d say they’re mostly worth it if you don’t mind spending a bit more.

"Nice jeans, but I expected a bit more"
I liked these jeans at first — they look good on and the denim feels decent. In my opinion, they have a nice everyday style without feeling too stiff. That said, after only a few wears, the stitching on one of the pockets started coming loose, which was disappointing. They’re not bad jeans overall, but for the price, I personally expected the quality to hold up a little better.

"Showed up sooner than I expected"
I had a feeling the shipping might take a bit, but the jeans actually got here faster than I thought they would. Everything was packed nicely and arrived in good shape, so no complaints from me.

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size and was..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and was worried it was going to turn into a hassle, but it ended up being straightforward.

I emailed agjeans.com and got a quick reply from someone who was friendly and actually helped me figure out the exchange without a bunch of back and forth.

What I appreciated most was how simple it made the whole process. I got the size issue handled without stress, and that makes me feel good about ordering from them again...

"Sizing felt really off"
I ordered my usual size from agjeans.com and wish I hadn’t taken the chance. The fit was nothing like I expected, the waist was too tight, but the legs were strangely loose, so the whole shape just felt off. I even checked the size chart before ordering, which makes it more frustrating. For jeans at this price, I really didn’t want to risk wasting money on something inconsistent. The return process was a hassle too, so I don’t see myself ordering again.

"Super comfy jeans"
I wear these all day yesterday and they felt really good. i didn’t even think about them much, which is always a good sign with jeans. Really comfy and easy to move around in.
